Orders are typically processed Monday through Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM.  In December we typically ship all orders daily. Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday typically will begin processing the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from Pawtucket, Rhode Island – so if you are located nearby, we recommend using our free USPS service. All of our shipping options are insured and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased. 

Please Note:

We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes! We ask for a phone number so that we may contact you if any delivery related problems arise. If there are any errors in the information you provide, it may result in shipping delays. For international shipping, customs regulations impact the speed of delivery by country, and is out of our control.  We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Within the 48 Contiguous States of the U.S.A we offer:

Free USPS First Class Mail / Package Shipping on all orders. Our packages ship from Pawtucket, Rhode IslandThe United States Postal Service reports that it takes an average of one to three days for First-Class mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail likewise takes one to three days. 

For the 50 States of the U.S.A. we also offer Ground and Express UPS services for customers who want additional services and may want their delivery as early as the morning after it ships.

For International locations we offer USPS and UPS air freight options from economical to next day Express delivery.

Caring For Your Jewelry

To take care of your plated jewelry, you should:

1. Avoid getting the jewelry wet with water, soap, perfume, lotion and other chemicals. If the jewelry does get wet, wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

2. Avoid getting the jewelry wet with your sweat. Remove the jewelry when you are going to engage in strenuous physical activity.

3. Remove the plated jewelry when you sleep at night.

4. Store the jewelry in a dry place. Also, it is best to store the plated jewelry separate from other plated jewelry (either you keep them in individual plastic pouches or separate them in the jewelry box). Do not store or keep several plated jewelry in a single bin. Several plated jewelry in a single bin will rub or scratch against each other and will cause the plating to fade.

5. Regarding beaded bracelets:  Our beaded bracelets are made with high test elastic material. However, they are not made to be repeatedly twisted.  Avoid habitually twisting and playing with our beaded bracelets because this will cause undue stress on the elastic band.

6. Regarding Railroad Spike bracelets:  Our railroad spike bracelets should be sized to fit when you first put them on.  Please do not bend them each time you put them on and take them off. This will cause undue stress on these cast pieces and can cause them to fail. Instead, find the appropriate size for your wrist and put on / take off the piece without bending it after finding the right fit when you first get your piece.

Repairs

For all repairs inquiries, please email repairs@libertyunited.com.  We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to six months after date of purchase.  To request a repair, please contact repairs@libertyunited.com, and a repair number and return tag for insured shipping will be issued.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Liberty United handles each repair on a case by case basis, and reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.  By their nature, repairs take longer than ordering new products, so when requesting repairs, please keep this in mind.

Return Policy

Liberty United accepts returns or exchanges for up to 1 week after receipt by customer. All returns must be post-marked by the requisite return date to be accepted for processing. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for all returns and exchanges.  This fee covers the costs that we incur in the return process. All returns & exchanges made after 2 weeks from receipt by customer must be approved by Liberty United.

Please note: Special order, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To make a return or exchange, please email returns@libertyunited.com. If the return meets our criteria, a return tag for insured shipping will be issued. In the case of a return, the customer’s card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.  If returned product is damaged / returned in a condition in which it cannot be re-stocked or resold the cost will be deducted from the return in addition to the re-stocking fee cost. Liberty United reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Liberty United does not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items, which in most cases involve personalized engraving.

All sale items are final sale.  All made-to-order items and items made by request for a specific customer, are final sale, without exception.

International Orders

Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs.  The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders.  If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Liberty United.  International orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
