Express orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Ground shipment orders are typically processed on Friday only from January through November. In December we typically ship all orders daily. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday typically will begin processing the following Monday.
All orders are shipped from New York City – so if you are located nearby, we recommend using our FedEx Ground/Home service for the fastest delivery. All of our shipping options are insured and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased.
We cannot ship FEDEX to PO Boxes! We ask for a phone number so that we may contact you for delivery related problems. If there are any errors in the information you provide, it may result in shipping delays. For International Shipping, Customs Regulations impact the speed of delivery by country, and is out of our control.

Free FedEx Ground/Home Delivery on orders of $99 or more. Our packages ship from New York, New York and can take 1-5 Business Days for delivery depending upon the recipient’s location. The below FedEx map illustrates typical service schedules for FedEx Ground/Home Delivery from New York.
For the 50 States of the U.S.A. we also offer:
FedEx First Overnight – first possible delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx Priority Overnight – morning delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx Standard Overnight – afternoon / evening delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx 2Day – delivery by afternoon / evening in 2 business days after the order has shipped.
For all other International locations we offer:
FedEx International Priority – delivery within 1-3 business days after the order has shipped depending upon the recipient’s location.
FedEx International Economy – delivery within 2-6 business days after the order has shipped depending upon the recipient’s location.
For all repairs inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to six months after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact email@example.com, and a repair number and return tag for insured shipping will be issued. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Liberty United handles each repair on a case by case basis, and reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. By their nature, repairs take longer than ordering new products, so when requesting repairs, please keep this in mind.
Liberty United accepts returns or exchanges for up to 1 week after receipt by customer. All returns must be post-marked by the requisite return date to be accepted for processing. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for all returns and exchanges. This fee covers the costs that we incur in the process. All returns & exchanges made after 2 weeks from receipt by customer must be approved by Liberty United.
Please note: Special order, or made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To make a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and a return tag for insured shipping will be issued. In the case of a return, the customer’s card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges. If returned product is damaged / returned in a condition in which it cannot be re-stocked or resold the cost will be deducted from the return in addition to the re-stocking fee cost. Liberty United reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Liberty United does not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items, which in most cases involve personalized engraving.
All sale items are final sale. All made-to-order items and items made by request for a specific customer, are final sale, without exception.
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Liberty United. International orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
