Philip Crangi graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, before launching his eponymous fine jewelry line in 2001. he’s designed runway pieces for Phillip Lim, Vera Wang, and Jason Wu, among others. in 2007, Philip was awarded CFDA/Vogue’s fashion award for best designer, and in 2008, he won the CFDA Swarovski award for accessory design. His pieces have been regularly featured in Vogue, W, Instyle, Bazaar, and Elle. He is a board director of the CFDA. In 2005, inspired by the golden spike used to join the first transcontinental railroad in 1869, Philip created an exclusive line of railroad spike designs for his brand Giles & Brother. For Philip, it was symbolic of the American spirit: to pioneer and build with courage.

Native New Yorker Pamela Love began making jewelry in her Brooklyn apartment in 2006. Since then, she has created a full production facility and design studio in Manhattan’s garment district. The line is committed to sustainability and localized production. All gemstones and semiprecious stones are ethically sourced and almost all metal used is recycled. The entire jewelry-making process, from design to sampling to full-scale production, is completed domestically with the majority of it done in-house at Pamela Love’s Manhattan studio.

Sandy Hook Promise is a national nonprofit organization founded and led by several family members whose loved ones were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012. Based in Newtown, Connecticut, our intent is to honor all victims of gun violence by turning our tragedy into a moment of transformation. By empowering youth to “know the signs” and uniting all people who value the protection of children, we can take meaningful actions in schools, homes, and communities to prevent gun violence and stop the tragic loss of life.
