Small: Fits wrists with circumferences up to 5 1/4” to 5 3/4” – has an inner diameter of about 2.25” across, an opening of about 1.125” and is 1.75” tall.

Medium: Fits wrists with circumferences between 5 3/4” to 6 1/2” – has an inner diameter of about 2.25” across, an opening of about 1.5” and is 1.85” tall.

Large: Fits wrists with circumferences between 6 1/2” to 7 1/2 ” -- has an inner diameter of about 2.75” across, an opening of about 1.75” and is 2” tall.

Extra Large: Fits wrists with circumferences between 7 1/2” to 8 1/2 ” -- has an inner diameter of about 3” across, an opening of about 1.75” and is 2.125” tall.
