Liberty United processes and ships order Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Orders place after 1 PM on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. All orders are shipped from New York City – so if you are located nearby, we recommend using our FedEx Ground/Home service for the fastest delivery. All of our shipping options are insured and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased.
If you choose to have a personalized stamping / engraving on your piece: These items take 3-5 days to process, so shipping cannot begin until this process is completed.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes! We ask for a phone number so that we may contact you for delivery related problems. If there are any errors in the information you provide, it may result in shipping delays. For International Shipping, Customs Regulations impact the speed of delivery by country, and is out of our control.
Within the 48 Contiguous States of the U.S.A we offer:
Free FedEx Ground/Home Delivery on orders of $95 or more. Our packages ship from New York, New York and can take 1-5 Business Days for delivery depending upon the recipient’s location. The below FedEx map illustrates typical service schedules for FedEx Ground/Home Delivery from New York.
For the 50 States of the U.S.A. we also offer:
FedEx First Overnight – first possible delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx Priority Overnight – morning delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx Standard Overnight – afternoon / evening delivery the following business day after the order has shipped.
FedEx 2Day – delivery by afternoon / evening in 2 business days after the order has shipped.
For all other International locations we offer:
FedEx International Priority – delivery within 1-3 business days after the order has shipped depending upon the recipient’s location.
FedEx International Economy – delivery within 2-6 business days after the order has shipped depending upon the recipient’s location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Liberty United accepts returns or exchanges up to 2 weeks after customers receive items. All returns must be post-marked by the requisite return date to be accepted for processing. For any products received after the allowed return period, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. After 1 month, all returns and exchanges have to be approved by Liberty United.
To make a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and a return tag for insured shipping will be issued. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, the customer’s card will be credited in full minus the cost of all shipping charges. Liberty United reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
Liberty United does not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.
